2. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing your deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy: Deposits for canceled appointments within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

2. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if a client fails to disclose relevant health information or violates these terms.

Payments and Refunds

1. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollar (CND) and are subject to applicable taxes.

2. Full payment for services is required at the time of the appointment.

3. Refunds are not offered for completed services.

1. Salt Holistic Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from treatments if you fail to disclose relevant health conditions.
